Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District” or “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system. As part of maintaining the safety and functionality of its infrastructure, the District is seeking an experienced contractor to provide alarm monitoring services, alarm system repair, and upgrade of new equipment to include installation for either a cellular dialer, or mesh network system.
