The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system. As part of maintaining the safety and functionality of its infrastructure, the District is seeking assistance from contractors with expertise in lightning protection systems, testing, inspection and repairs. Contractor shall provide inspection, testing and repairs services to ensure proper operation and compliance of lightning protection systems within the specified District facilities. Other Details The basis of award will be the lowest responsive bidder of the combined pricing for Base Bid Line items which will be Lines 1 through 17. Pricing outside of industry norm is cause for bid rejection. The District may choose to award in its best interest.
