The future Design-Build Project is a five level, City-owned parking structure with approximately 411 parking spaces. The estimated construction cost is $25,000,000. The parking structure will be approximately 227 feet by 124 feet. The structure will be located near South E Street and Lemon Avenue Other Details IMPORTANT: For the submittal to be considered, RFPQ attachments 01 and 02 must be successfully uploaded. Attachment 01 shall be uploaded as a Response File and Attachment 02 and the Non-Collison form shall be uploaded as General Attachments The bid management system will not accept late bids and no exceptions shall be made. The bid management system will automatically generate a bid tabulation following submission deadline. Submitted bids may be saved, modified or withdrawn up to the submission deadline. Notes Bidder is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic bid.
