Other Details It is highly recommended that the bidder begins preparing their bid early to allow sufficient time to ask questions if unfamiliar with this e-procurement system. The bidder must attach a pdf file to the electronic bid submission containing all the completed and signed Bid Documents including a Bid Bond. Bidder must comply with SB854 - Public Works Contractor Registration Program. Bidder may begin bid process at any time prior to the bid deadline. Upon selection and notification of award, contractor will be required to submit a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each for 100% of the total bid amount.
