Other Details The Proposer must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in preparing evacuation plans that are compliant with State and Federal guidelines and regulations; with a minimum of two comparable projects similar in scope within the State of California. The Proposer must have knowledge and experience in testing evacuation planning and projects, including the development of evacuation plans, conducting evacuation assessments, establishing evacuation routes, and GIS-based maps.
