Services will include routine preventive maintenance, emergency repair services, non-emergency maintenance, and new equipment upgrades and installations, as needed. The selected firm shall specialize in the maintenance, repair, testing, and replacement of traffic signal and traffic operations systems and work closely with City representatives to support the locations described in the RFP.
