Only contractors deemed as Qualified Contractors to provide "Bridge Maintenance and Repair" through the routine maintenance prequalification process are eligible to participate in this Invitation to Bid/Request for Quote. Through this ITB/RFQ the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "the State Entity, Department, Agency, or GDOT") is seeking bids for Bridge Maintenance and Repair. The qualified firms who have been awarded a Master Service Agreement (MSA) through the prequalification process #48400-410-000021912. All respondents to this ITB/RFQ are subject to same terms and conditions of the MMSA 48400-410-000021912, subsequent awarded contract, and the ITB/RFQ Form, and are cautioned to completely review the entire ITB/RFQ and follow instructions carefully.
