Proposals will be in accordance with O.C.G.A. 36-91-21 and the Request for Proposals (RFP) guidelines. All written questions should be emailed to Paul Williams at [email protected]. The Request for Proposals is available at the Burke County Board of Education Office located at 789 Burke Veterans Pkwy, Waynesboro, GA 30830 or may be viewed online on the Georgia Procurement Registry. All submissions must include a proposal with the content and in the format described within the RFP. The Board reserves the right to terminate this project prior to submissions being received, to reject any and all proposals, to waive in-formalities or irregularities in responses to this RFP, and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the proposals offered.
