Description
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking laboratory and scientific equipment, supplies, fixtures, and software from vendors. Prospective vendors should provide relevant information by October 09, 2026.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A BID OR PROPOSAL This notice is provided in accordance with statutory requirements for a 15-business-day advertisement of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intent to enter into a single source agreement. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to enter into an agreement with Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. to procure Laboratory and scientific equipment; Laboratory supplies and fixtures & Software. Prospective Vendors who believe they can provide these commodities, or contractual services shall provide relevant information to the contact person listed on this advertisement no later than October 09, 2026. For additional details regarding the commodities and/or contractual services to be procured, please refer to the attached PUR 7776.
