THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A BID OR PROPOSAL This notice is provided in accordance with statutory requirements for a 15-business-day advertisement of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ intent to enter into a single source agreement. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to enter into an agreement with VSG Enterprises, LLC to purchase promotional advertising for the “Fresh From Florida” brand through its sports marketing partnership with VSG Enterprises, LLC.  Prospective Vendors who believe they can provide these commodities, or contractual services shall provide relevant information to the contact person listed on this advertisement no later than October 8, 2026.  For additional details regarding the commodities and/or contractual services to be procured, please refer to the attached PUR 7776.
