BE SURE TO READ THE ENTIRE ADVERTISEMENT BEFORE CONTACTING THE AGENCY WITH BID RELATED QUESTIONS.   Performance and/or Design Requirements:   Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) is in need of obtaining proprietary training from ThinkCERCA.com, Inc. for FY 2026-2027.   Estimated Dollar Amount Not-to-Exceed: $ 3,200.00                   Intended source:    ThinkCERCA.com, Inc. 815 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 3100 Chicago, IL 60611   Justification for single source acquisition:   FSDB has purchased the ThinkCERCA.com, Inc. curriculum for use as part of the common core standard literacy program in alignment with the state of Florida curriculum adoption standards.  As a result of this purchase, training on the use of the curriculum is being procured through ThinkCERCA .com, Inc. and their certified instructors.    ThinkCERCA™ is sold only as a direct transaction between ThinkCERCA.com, Inc. and end customers.    No other source exists for ThinkCERCA.com, Inc. proprietary training.   Approved by: Kim Whitwam, Director of Purchasing   Primary Contact: Please submit all questions by e-mail to:  Elizabeth Nimitz, Purchasing Analyst,  [email protected] , or Kim Whitwam, Director of Purchasing,  [email protected] .   This is the statutorily mandated fifteen business day advertisement of an intended single source procurement. A determination by the Agency not to complete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in §120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to file a bond or other security within the time allowed for filing a bond, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
