Description

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking industry trade show/exhibit booth services from professional firms. Vendors interested in providing such services should contact the specified person by August 11, 2026.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A BID OR PROPOSAL  This notice is provided in accordance with statutory requirements for a 15-business-day advertisement of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ intent to enter into a single source agreement. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to enter into an agreement with International Fresh Produce Association to procure Industry Trade Show / Exhibit Booth. Prospective Vendors who believe they can provide these commodities, or contractual services shall provide relevant information to the contact person listed on this advertisement no later than August 11, 2026.  For additional details regarding the commodities and/or contractual services to be procured, please refer to the attached PUR 7776.
