We are pleased to invite you to participate on LOI#C007076 Structural/Mechanical Engineering Continuing Services.  The following link is to our new bidding platform, hosted by PlanetBids™, where you can find the bid documents:  BID LINK HERE The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity.  Services provided for structural and mechanical engineering continuing services may include, but are not limited to the following structural engineering consulting services, as authorized through individual task orders: A.    Utilities      i. Wastewater (WW)     ii. Chilled Water (CHW)     iii. Hot Water (HW)     iv. Solid Waste (SWT)  B. General Engineering Services  C. Planning, Studies & Assessments  D. Structural Engineering Design & Analysis E. Water, Wastewater, & Reclaimed Water Facilities  F. Process & Mechanical Equipment Support G. Existing Facilities Evaluation & Rehabilitation H. Construction Documents & Technical Deliverables I. Construction Phase & Post Design Services J. Programmatic & On Call Support   The District intends to award multiple (3) three year contracts, with an optional two-year renewal to the highest qualified proposers who achieve a minimum score of 90 points or higher.
