Class specifications may be updated due to vacancy or as part of a management or employee- initiated reclassification, however a strategic evaluation of the District’s overall classification and compensation systems has not been completed for some time. The District is looking forward to engaging with a Vendor who can provide recommendations to address these and other issues as part of a classification and compensation study. The District is soliciting Proposals from qualified consultants, firms, or companies interested in providing the District with a comprehensive classification and compensation study that ensures the currency of job classifications and descriptions, salary alignment with the current market, and the appropriate placement on the District’s salary schedules (“Work” or “Services”).
