This includes indoor terminal advertising, outdoor signage, in-gate entertainment featuring advertising, IPTV-based content and advertising, non-traditional advertising, and sponsorships. The Authority is specifically interested in partnering with a firm experienced in advertising with a proven track record in implementing and managing advertising campaigns within airport environments. The selected Respondent (Concessionaire), whether operating independently or as part of a joint venture or other legal arrangement, must demonstrate expertise, experience, and a comprehensive understanding of the required services. Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any immaterial irregularities in any bid if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Airport Authority to do so. Award of this contract will be made by the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority Commission. It is the Proponent’s sole responsibility to contact the Airport Authority’s online bid management provider (PlanetBids at 818-992-1771) to resolve any technical issues related to electronic bidding, including (but not limited to) registering as a vendor, updating passwords, updating profiles, uploading/downloading documents, submitting an electronic bid/proposal, etc. Submission of bid/proposal shall be exclusively through PlanetBids.
