The purpose of this solicitation is to engage up to three construction firms to perform on-call pavement improvement projects based on individual Task Orders issued by the Authority. Bids are to be submitted electronically via PlanetBids and must be valid for 120 days from the due date. All questions must be submitted through the PlanetBids Q&A tab by February 16, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. PST. Other Details Notes Special Notices This is a State Prevailing Wage Project. All forms in the bid packet must be properly completed to be deemed responsive. The Airport Authority reserves the right to order more, less, or no items at the “per unit cost” stated in the bid proposal. Select “Place e-bid” to start entering bid information. All information entered is visible only to bidder. Data entered may be “saved” or “submitted” and revised or withdrawn up to the closing deadline. Bidders must submit all questions pertaining to this bid through the Airport Authority's Online Bid Management System, by selecting the "Q&A" tab. Questions sent directly to Airport Authority Staff will not be addressed and you will be directed to submit your question(s) online. All pricing must be quoted FOB DESTINATION. Documents must be uploaded in PDF format. It is the Proposer's responsibility to ensure their proposal documents are properly uploaded onto the Airport Authority’s online bid management system. Proposals that are missing pages, cannot be opened, etc. may be considered unresponsive. Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any immaterial irregularities in any bid if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Airport Authority to do so. Award of this contract will be made by the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority Commission.
