Firms must have and demonstrate their experience in providing repairs as necessary to ensure County maintained roads and roads serviced by a County Zone of Benefit are operational and safe for the traveling public. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a qualified list of qualified firms to provide urgent or immediate road repair services on an as-needed basis throughout El Dorado County. County intends to name approximately two (2) or more successful Respondents (as used herein, a “Respondent” is a person, entity or organization that submits a response to this RFQ) to the resulting qualified list, which shall be valid for three (3) years from the date of award. County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum amount of services which shall be requested of any Respondents named to the resulting Qualified List (hereinafter referred to as “QL”). County will negotiate and execute agreements with the selected Respondents. This RFQ includes a description of the scope of work, submittal requirements, and instructions for submitting your SOQ.
