Description

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking to procure BadgePass Halo Printers, Laminators, and hardware support services. Vendors providing similar equipment or services are encouraged to apply.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A BID OR PROPOSAL This notice is provided in accordance with statutory requirements for a 15-business-day advertisement of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ intent to enter into a single source agreement. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to enter into an agreement with BadgePass, Inc. to procure BadgePass Halo Printers, Laminator, and Hardware Support. Prospective Vendors who believe they can provide these commodities, or contractual services shall provide relevant information to the contact person listed on this advertisement no later than July 29, 2026. For additional details regarding the commodities and/or contractual services to be procured, please refer to the attached PUR 7776.
