Seeks non-exclusive contracts for snow piling and hauling services, as well as towing of private vehicles during emergencies. Vendors providing heavy equipment and towing services would bid.

The New York City Department of Sanitation (DSNY) seeks to enter into non-exclusive requirements contracts to hire equipment for emergency snow removal operations during and after heavy snowfalls when such services are required. The contracts will cover snow piling and hauling services, as well as the incidental towing of private vehicles that interfere with DSNYs ability to plow the Citys streets.
