One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) is a GSA-administered GWAC that consolidates professional services purchases — including management consulting, financial services, scientific services, engineering services, and program management. OASIS+ is the next-generation iteration with broader scope and multi-domain task orders. Award is reserved for vendors meeting strict past-performance, financial, and operational thresholds.
When it applies
Used by federal civilian and defense agencies for substantial professional-services procurements. Task orders can run tens to hundreds of millions of dollars. OASIS+ pool structure includes set-asides for small business and 8(a) firms in specific domains.
