This is a solicitation notice for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The objective of this acquisition is to award one firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Solicitation number 47PF5326Q0001 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for Landscaping and related services. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561730, Landscaping Services, with a size standard of $9.5 million. The product service code (PSC) is S208, Housekeeping - Landscaping/Groundskeeping. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (iii) Reference the Performance Work Statement for a description of requirements for any items to be acquired in performance of this requirement. (iv) Contemplated Period of Performance is a six-month base year (October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027) and four one-year options, with the possibility of an extension of the period of performance up to six months. The location of performance is at the Anthony J. Celebrezze Federal Building in Cleveland, OH, Carl B. Stokes U.S. Courthouse in Cleveland, OH, and Donald J. Pease Federal Building in Medina, OH.
