Scott Stell Park facilities. The vendor will be responsible for delivering professional instruction, clinics, leagues, camps, and other racquet-sport programming while maintaining a balance between structured programming and public access to courts. As part of this engagement, the County seeks a vendor who can not only manage but also expand current programming and provide strategic recommendations for enhancing and scaling programs. The goal is to maximize the public¿s use and enjoyment of County recreation locations.
