Quality Assurance Quality Control Program

The District of Columbia (District), Office of Contracting and Procurement on behalf of the Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) issues the Request for Information (RFI) to for interested organizations to provide responses and questions regarding the CFSA plans to procure services of a contractor to design and implement a quality assurance and quality control program for its implementation of a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) using Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relation Management System (CRM).
