New York City Economic Development Corporation ('NYCE DC'), on behalf of the City of New York (the 'City'), is pleased to release a Request for Proposals ('RFP') seeking proposals from qualified parties ('Respondents') for the purchase and transfer of development rights appurtenant to six City-owned parcels located beneath and adjacent to the Queensboro Bridge approach ramps in Long Island City, Queens (Block 428, Lots 12, 13, and 16 and Block 429, Lots 13, 15, and 29) (the 'Generating Sites').
