Description
Re: Intent to Enter into Agency Negotiations for Contract with Florida Certified Contractors LLC NOTE: THIS IS NOT A COMPETITIVE SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR BIDS. IT IS A "NOTICE OF AGENCY DECISION TO ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE INTENT TO AWARD A COMPETITIVELY SOLICITED CONTRACT" WHICH IS POSTED PURSUANT TO §287.057(3), F.S. §120.57(3), F.S., AND RULE 60A-1.045, F.A.C. BE SURE TO READ THE ENTIRE ADVERTISEMENT BEFORE CONTACTING THE AGENCY WITH BID RELATED QUESTIONS. Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) and the Selection Committee sincerely appreciates the time, care, and effort employed by all respondents to the subject solicitation in the production of their proposals.
