Seeks bids for the removal of existing HDPE lagoon liners and installation of new ones at Pikes Peak State Park. Civil engineering firms or contractors specializing in wastewater treatment infrastructure would bid.
This project includes removing the existing HDPE lagoon liners and replacing with new at the Pikes Peak State Park wastewater treatment lagoons.
