Installation of Window Shades

The Department of Financial Services (Department), Office of Insurance Regulation, is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) seek a vendor with which to enter into a contract for the purchase and installation of window shades.    The solicitation will be administered through the MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendor Information Portal (VIP).  The submitted Response must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this ITB.    There is a mandatory pre-response conference on 9/30/26 at 1:00 p.m.    For complete information regarding the details of this solicitation, please review the attached ITB documents in their entirety. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
