Description

Seeks professional engineering consulting services for Wake Transit Plan Bus Rapid Transit design and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) study. Vendors providing transportation planning and environmental assessment expertise would bid.

The purpose of this solicitation is for the City of Raleigh Transportation Department to secure professional engineering consulting services for Wake Transit Plan Bus Rapid Transit design (30%) for two identified corridors — Midtown and Capital — and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) study, with options for contract extension through final design (100%) or continuation into an alternative construction delivery method.
