The following link is to our new bidding platform, hosted by PlanetBids™, where you can find the bid documents: BID LINK HERE .    1.1 The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system. The scope of work for the 2027 Milling & Resurfacing Project includes but is not limited to: Maintenance of Traffic/Temporary Traffic Control/Lane Closures; Erosion & Sedimentation Control; Existing Paver and Concrete Header Curb Demolition; Milling & Resurfacing; Signage & Pavement Markings and Patterned Pavement Installation 1.2 The Project is briefly described as follows: A. Milling & Resurfacing of the following locations: • Bonnet Creek Parkway and adjoining roadways from Buena Vista Drive to Vista Blvd including Backstage Lane and Overpass Road. • Hotel Plaza Blvd. from E. Buena Vista Drive to SR 535. B. Milling & Resurfacing includes milling depths ranging from 1.5” to 5” and shall utilize the following asphalt courses: SP Structural (Traffic E) (PG 82-22) depths ranging from 1.5” to 3.5” and Friction Course FC-12.5 (Traffic E) (PG 82-22) depth 1.5”. C. Scope of work at Hotel Plaza Blvd. also includes the removal of existing crosswalks, including concrete header curbs and pavers, and replacement with installation of final colored asphalt patterned pavement. Coordination with resort entrances is required to maintain at least one accessible entrance/exit at each resort throughout construction, with appropriate restrictions and traffic control measures implemented as needed.
