NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION BID NO. BDC08-26/27   The Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed bids from Contractors licensed to work in the jurisdiction for the project listed below.   PROJECT NAME : Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park - Maintenance Building Replacement    BID SUBMITTAL DUE DATE :  No later than 3:30 pm (ET), Wednesday, October 14th, 2026 , to the below address: Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction, 3800 Commonwealth Boulevard, MS #520, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399-3000, Attention: Logan Lee-Marple, Bureau of Design and Construction, (850) 245-2519.  (For hand delivery: Carr Building, Welcome Desk.)  The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids.   BID POSTING DATE : No later than 3:30 pm (ET), Wednesday, October 21th, 2026 , unless extended by the Department for good cause.   INSTRUCTIONS : Documents for this bid will be available for download on Friday, September 11th, 2026 .
