NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION BID NO. BDC03-26/27   The Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed bids from Contractors licensed to work in the jurisdiction for the project listed below.   PROJECT NAME : Grayton Beach State Park – Beach Re-Nourishment    BID SUBMITTAL DUE DATE :  No later than 3:30 pm (ET), Wednesday ,  September 30, 2026 , to the below address: Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction, 3800 Commonwealth Boulevard, MS #520, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399-3000, Attention: Alisha Sadler, Bureau of Design and Construction, (850) 245-3127.  (For hand delivery: Carr Building, Welcome Desk.)  The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids.   BID POSTING DATE : No later than 3:30 pm (ET), Wednesday , October 7, 2026 , unless extended by the Department for good cause.   INSTRUCTIONS : Documents for this bid will be available for download on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
