NC Zoo Aviary – Building Demolition-The work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition and site stabilization of the NC Zoo Aviary located at 4401 Zoo Parkway, Asheboro, NC 27205, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The NC Zoo Aviary was constructed in 1982. The project will demolish the existing domed structure and associated support structures and undergrounds HVAC tunnels. Project includes abatement of hazardous materials, demolition, sitework, utilities and landscaping.
