New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is soliciting proposals for Comprehensive Healthcare Services for the Detention Facility. Electronic proposals shall be emailed to Lena Butler, Purchasing Supervisor, marked in the subject line “HEALTHCARE SERVICES– RFP # 26-0305” will be accepted until 5:00 P.M. EST, Friday, April 10, 2026. Interested Proposers must attend a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference at 10:00 AM EST on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the New Hanover County Detention Facility located at 3950 Juvenile Center Road, Castle Hayne, NC, 28429. Attendees will be offered an opportunity to view the Detention Medical Facility directly after the conclusion of the meeting.
