DESIGN-BUILD for WNC Farmers Market 2026 Campus Renovations Project- This project renovates the existing exterior envelope of Wholesale Building 1 (27,500 SF) and Wholesale Building 2 (10,400 SF). The Wholesale Buildings will receive upgrades for the exterior items that include building siding, roof, roof insulation, gutters & downspouts, hollow metal doors, aluminum windows, fixed aluminum louvers and painting of all exposed steel and wood surfaces.
