Description
The Department - NCCE is seeking a joint venture partner to jointly design, implement, and operate a customized offender direct package program that will deliver packages to offenders on a continuous and/or quarterly basis, and provide offenders with training and job skills that align with NCCE’s mission. The program is intended to be a Prison Industry Enhancement Certification Program (PIECP).
