Sourcing Event: 0000088397The Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) is seeking qualifications from a business, not-for-profit organization or post-secondary institution to design and deliver two regional workshops for communities interested in pursuing the Stellar Pathways designation.
