Operation Services in Connection with Vehicle Parking

This solicitation is to obtain services for the SCAs Operations Department to provide parking for SCA Official Vehicles. The SCA anticipates awarding up to one contract to a firm that is prequalified by the SCA at the time of contract award. The total Not-to-Exceed ('NTE') award amount will be up to One Million Dollars ($1,000,000). The duration of contract will be up to Three (3) Years with no renewal option. To assist you with your request, the following is a summary of services that will be required: General Information/Brief Summary: The SCA requires parking for approximately eighty (80) official vehicles within walking distance (approximately 0.5 mile) of its headquarters, located at 25-01 Jackson Avenue, Long Island City, NY. The number of vehicles requiring parking may fluctuate, depending on agency need, for up to one hundred (100) vehicles, during the term of this agreement. The selected parking lot must also be able accommodate unlimited daily re-entry to parking facility, without additional charges. The SCA also requires the ability to store, in a secure limited-access condition, up to thirty (30) vehicles at the Consultants facility. Access to stored vehicles is expected to be rare and non-routine, and shall be limited strictly to instances of operational necessity. These vehicles are intended for long-term storage with minimal handling or retrieval activity.
