Single Source provider for BrainPop Proprietary Educational Technology Licensing

Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind desires to purchase licensing for three (3) years to utilize BrainPOP’s group of educational websites with over 1,000 short, animated movies for students in grades K-12, together with quizzes and related materials, covering the subjects of science, social studies, English, mathematics, engineering and technology, health, and arts and music. The videos and other materials are designed to engage students and assist teachers and are aligned to state educational standards. This licensing will be for the fiscal years from 2026 - 2029   Estimated Dollar Amount Not-to-Exceed: $15,700 Intended source:   BrainPop LLC 71 West 23rd Street, 17th Floor New York, NY  10010   Justification for single source acquisition: BrainPOP LLC is the sole source provider of the following products in the United States: BrainPOPⓇ, BrainPOP Jr.Ⓡ, BrainPOP EspañolⓇ, BrainPOP ELLⓇ , BrainPOP FrancaisⓇ, and  BrainPOP Science™.  Additionally, these BrainPOP products are protected by copyrights, trademarks and service marks.  There are no other items or product practically available that offers the same purpose or function, and  BrainPOP LLC determines the prices for above-named products because of exclusive distribution and  marketing rights (in certain territories there are additional non-exclusive resellers appointed by BrainPOP  LLC that are subject to its pricing).
