The selected firm will deliver a school consolidation feasibility study with actionable recommendations to optimize the District's footprint. The goal is to ensure equitable access to high-quality learning environments while maximizing operational efficiency in a rapidly growing urban/suburban landscape. The District seeks an experienced partner capable of leading a transparent, data-driven, and community-engaged process that results in implementable recommendations for consideration by the Board of Education.
