Seeks proposals for ground leasing, rehabilitating, and operating historic buildings on Governors Island; interested parties would be real estate developers or property management firms.

Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The Trust for Governors Island (the Trust) invites interested parties (Respondents or Respondent Teams) to submit expressions of interest in ground leasing, rehabilitating, and operating Building 324 and/or Building 330 on Governors Island (together, the Buildings). Through this RFEI, the Trust is seeking creative ideas from prospective partners interested in revitalizing these neighboring historic assets, bringing them back into active, year-round use.
