The Respondent must understand the wide range of needs inherent to community college bond programs and will be sufficiently experienced to meet those needs. The selected Respondent will be directly responsible for services located at identified sites on the District’s multiple campuses, and reporting results to the District. The Contract for these services will have a 5-year term (ref. Exhibit A). The District intends to hire one or more firms at their discretion with an On-call Professional Services Agreement Task Order (ref. Exhibit B).
