The work to be performed, is a Tenant Improvement “TI” project in which the existing Library building is to be utilized as swing space, requiring change of occupancy from Library (A3) to Interim Instructional and Administrative Space (B) which entails the removal and/or reconfiguration of some non-load bearing partitions, the redistribution of HVAC ducts and electrical technology, Fire/Life Safety Infrastructure and Fixtures.
