The selected consultant and contractor will assist the City through a two-step process: • Phase 1 – Consultant Design Services: Preparation of detailed construction documents, cost estimates, and specifications. • Phase 2 – Construction Services: The consultant will manage and execute construction through its associated licensed general contractor, providing oversight, coordination, and quality control to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and schedule.
