Master Service Agreements (MSA) for pre-selected professional services will be prepared as needed for the selected Consultant firms and presented to the City council for approval. The anticipated amount of the Master Services Agreements offered to each firm is up to $1,000,000, depending on the specialty area(s). The total number of possible projects is unknown.
