Selected qualified proposers will be offered the opportunity to enter into a Master Enabling Agreement (MEA) with the CSU. Any of the 22 CSU campuses or the Chancellor’s Office may issue Service Order Authorizations (SOAs) under these MEAs for specific scopes of work. It is anticipated that multiple firms will be selected. Other Details The scope of services may include core project and construction management responsibilities as well as related services, such as project scheduling and independent cost estimating.
