Assignments are anticipated to commence immediately upon execution of the Agreement. Typical services shall include, but are not limited to, the provision of granular activated carbon, associated equipment, and change-out services required to comply with California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations, which may necessitate more frequent service change-outs.
