The City intentionally unbundles its workers’ compensation cost control services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for bill review services only. Notes Five (5) copies of your proposal should be received via mail or hand delivery no later than Friday, February 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, at the following address. No proposals will be accepted via facsimile or by email. The City assumes no responsibility for non-receipt of submittal packages due to any delay, including, but not limited to, carrier delay.
