All bids submitted shall be with the understanding that the 1) transaction will be subject to the terms and conditions of the attached LCFS Transaction Agreement (Agreement) which requires the transfer of credits within 10 days from the effective date of the Agreement (Type 1 Transfer), and 2) Buyer’s payment to Seller must be received prior to the transfer of credits and subsequent payment of Seller’s broker fee, if any. If interested in submitting a bid, please complete and return the attached “LCFS Bid Sheet 12_03_24” spreadsheet and reply back no later than Tuesday, December 10, 2024 by 5:00 PM PT. Offers shall be good through 5:00 PM PT on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 and may be extended by mutual agreement. Bids may be submitted electronically via PlanetBids or email in spreadsheet. Only the successful bid amount will be published on PlanetBids and/or the CARB LCFS system. The City will select the bid which will provide the highest net value to the City. This will be determined by subtracting City Broker’s Fees-if any, from the amount of proceeds transferred from Buyer to the City. The City will reject as nonresponsive any bid submitted by an entity who is not an LCFS regulated entity or an LCFS credit broker. Please submit any questions you may have in writing. The City responses to any questions shall be made by a written addendum and shared with all bidders.
