UF Health Primary Care Newberry

Summary: Tenant is seeking a highly visible location with adequate street exposure and parking to operate the University of Florida Health Primary Care practice in Newberry, Florida, with uses limited to clinical, lab, and general administrative offices; office hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though after-hours and weekend access may also be needed.   Additional Requirements and/or Limitations: Tenant is requesting proposals for a build-to-suit medical office building, preferably a standalone building, consisting of approximately 10,000 to 15,000 contiguous usable square feet, to be reflected as rentable square feet for leasing purposes, within the area shown on Exhibit C. Proposed locations outside of the defined area will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Timing: Occupancy is desired by TBD. See documentation for further details.
