Addendum #003, which includes the Department's written answers to the written questions received by the deadline in the ITB Timeline, is attached.  In addition, Addendum #003 replaces Attachment IV, Price Page, revises language in various sections of the ITB, and revises Attachment X - Vendor Certification. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Addendum #002, which revises the Timeline, is attached. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Addendum #001, which revises the Timeline, is attached. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to secure Responsive Bids from Responsible Vendors to install, maintain, and repair roofs for the Department, statewide. The Department is selecting a Vendor for each of its four (4) regions.
